Inflammation is the precursor to most disease.
Do you struggle with a condition that you think to yourself “this is normal, everyone deals with something like this?” Whether it’s constant bloating, gas, skin problems, acid reflux, or more serious conditions like chronic pain or cancer, inflammation is the culprit.
What the heck is inflammation?
Inflammation is your body's response to stress whether from your diet, lifestyle or environment. The modern epidemic of chronic, lowgrade inflammation destroys the balance in your body. When your body's systems experience a constant inflammatory response, you become more susceptible to aging and disease.
Am I experiencing inflammation?
Probably. With the standard American diet and lifestyle, inflammation is abundant. Pay attention to how you feel and how your skin looks. When your body is unhappy, it will tell you. You just have to observe. Journaling is the best way to hone down on what makes you feel good or not so good.
