Never do a crunch again! Pelvic & core health with Dr. Angie

We are so excited to introduce to you to the newest addition to the Kale Whale Pod: Dr. Angie Mueller!

Dr. Angie is the founder of Core Recovery, and co-founder of The Core Recovery Institute, and on this week's podcast she tells us all about Hypopressive Training and Low Pressure Fitness. That is, using "breath and posture to lift and detoxify the internal organs, reduce the pressure in the abdomen, and strengthen the deep core muscles."  Dr. Angie's practice is a great complement to a holistically healthy lifestyle, and we're thrilled to have her share her expertise!

ANYONE can use this method. Dr. Angie's work in this field has focused on spine and pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and athletic performance. We think you'll get a lot of value from this interview with Dr. Angie. We've included more about Angie below, and you can also explore her website (Core Recovery) or the many helpful videos on her Instagram! Dr. Angie does offer remote FaceTime sessions, so feel free to reach out!
