Do you want to make more healthy choices but get overwhelmed with all the “rules,” foods you’ve never heard of, expensive products? Do you think getting healthy means being boring? We constantly get comments from people saying they don’t know where to start when it comes to making healthy changes. It’s not possible to do a complete lifestyle overhaul overnight. It’s not fun or practical to deprive yourself of all the behaviors and foods you’ve been used to for so long. Life’s too short to not have fun and life’s too short to be unhealthy!
The way to create lasting changes is to 1) understand WHY you’re making a change and 2) know HOW to incorporate them into your lifestyle currently. It’s a lot easier to ADD healthy habits to your lifestyle rather than undo the unhealthy habits. The more we incorporate the healthy, the less we will crave the unhealthy.
Over the summer, we’re going to take it slow. We’re going to introduce you to healthy habits that don’t suck by focusing on one habit at a time, over the course of 5 days. For each habit, we’ll give you information on WHY you need this in your life and 5 ways to incorporate it without sacrificing your current routine.
