For our next free 5-day Facebook group challenge, we're CUTTING THE CRAP! One thing that doesn't suck is feeling awesome instead of sluggish and sick. We are strong believers in the power of diet to reverse and prevent health problems. The "Cut the Crap" challenge begins July 24 BUT we need ya'll to do a tiny bit of homework prior to the start: a food journal.
