This is NOT a topic most people talk about a lot. You don't wake up in the morning and think excitedly, "I can't wait to talk about poop with my friends today!" Well, that's exactly what we said the morning we recorded this episode - the FIRST EVER episode of Kale Whale TV.
We didn't choose this topic lightly. Poo is a big deal. Your health starts in your gut, and that's why it's important to pay close attention to what it's telling you. If you're a person who is alive, you've struggled with digestive issues (that means everyone by the way. You're not alone). Morning tea recipe
Fill a mug with hot water and add the following ingredients:
thumb-size piece fresh grated ginger (or 1 drop ginger essential oil - get the best HERE)
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp raw honey
1-2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (depending how much you can handle! The more the merrier)
cayenne to taste (optional but highly suggested!)
