Sunday Funday Teriyaki "Chicken!"
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs brown rice syrup
Sounds like a lot of ingredients, but super simple to make!
For Teriyaki Chicken, start by heating tofu on medium heat in 2 tbsp of EVOO. Add garlic, diced red onions… cook for 30 mins stirring occasionally. The longer you cook the firmer and more chicken-like your tofu will taste. Once cooked add 1 TBSP Soy, 2 TBSP Brown rice syrup, S & P.
Optional: sprinkle cayenne for a kick and to aid with digestion.
